Own the Databricks platform end to end, including strategy, architecture, operations, security, compliance, cost, and roadmap

- To strengthen our team in Global IT, we are looking for a Data Platform Owner Databricks (a), 80-100% Your tasks:
- 5+ years of experience in data platform engineering or ownership, including 3+ years managing Databricks in production end to end
- Strong hands-on expertise in Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, workspace administration, cluster/job management, and Databricks SQL
Requisiti principali
- 5+ years of experience in data platform engineering or ownership, including 3+ years managing Databricks in production end to end
- Strong hands-on expertise in Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, workspace administration, cluster/job management, and Databricks SQL
- Experience running Databricks on AWS, with solid knowledge of IAM, VPC, S3, and KMS
- Good understanding of GxP requirements and regulated environments, including GAMP 5, ALCOA+, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and change control
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Databricks Asset Bundles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and trade-offs for business, quality, and leadership stakeholders
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or CDMO environments and/or qualification and validation of cloud data platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with data integration, governance, OT/IT data flows, and ML/AI workloads;
- Databricks certifications and German language skills are a plus Our offer:
