- You will collaborate with teams across the organization to drive project execution while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- This position requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, guide teams effectively, and succeed in a matrix environment.
- Your project management expertise and leadership will be critical in delivering impactful results that support business growth and operational excellence. REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' work experience in a Facilities Management, Maintenance or Engineering environment is a must; including strong experience in Project Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Knowledge on GMP guidelines for qualification and operation of assets
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues
- Displays a deep understanding of technology, industry, and market
- Knowledge and experience in building technology are essential. Fluent in English and Germanis a must
