- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and direct short-term execution and long-term vision for the AXELIOS 1 Platform to maintain competitiveness across evolving Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications.
- Requirement Prioritization: Gather, refine, and prioritize core product requirements across established and prospective customer segments to align with market demands.
- Lifecycle & Operations Management: Establish operational frameworks governing New Product Introductions (NPI), on-market portfolio maintenance, and end-of-life obsolescence strategies.
- Business & Demand Forecasting: Lead business case evaluations, business reviews, and demand forecasting for instruments and consumables to optimize inventory control.
- Global Commercial Enablement: Design and implement global training frameworks, field guides, and sales tools to equip commercial teams for diverse customer engagements.
- Cross-Affiliate Alignment: Partner with international affiliates and downstream marketing to localize messaging, pricing structures, and promotional calendars.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track emerging NGS methodologies, monitor vendor landscapes, and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify portfolio gaps and commercial opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Synthesize field intelligence and customer insights to continuously refine product messaging, drive platform adoption, and enhance product lifecycles.
