- You will lead the development of strategic performance scorecards, engagement velocity metrics, and activity‑based KPIs, and generate analytics that inform CRM platform simplification, user experience improvements, and commercial impact.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and be flexible to work in IST/PST overlapping hours
- Strong experience in CRM / Engagement analytics and performance measurement, exposure to pharma or healthcare commercial models is strongly preferred Domain & Technical Skills
- Ability to work with structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data, experience with Python or R is an advantage Behavioral & Communication Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and hypothesis‑driven problem solving, with a clear focus on business impact Proven ability to translate busines
