- Your Role: The Global Head of Sales and Business Development for Drug Products is responsible for leading the global sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth of the organization’s drug product portfolio.
- This role will focus on commercializing drug product manufacturing and services while further developing the global sales team and strengthening business development activities.
- Strategic Leadership -Define and execute the global sales strategy for the drug product business unit, aligning with company goals and growth objectives -Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs in the drug product space (clinical through commercial) -Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term business development initiatives Sales & Business Development
- Drive global revenue generation across drug product services, including formulation, fill-finish, and packaging
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients (pharma, biotech, generics)
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals and long-term contracts Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, develop, and mentor a global sales team across multiple regions (North America, Europe)
- Establish clear performance targets and ensure accountability through KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, R&D, operations, and project management to ensure seamless client engagement
