Du arbeitest im Rückweisungsmanagement und unterstützt bei der administrativen Prüfung von stationären Rechnungen.

- Du erfasst Anfragen und Rechnungsbeanstandungen im Administrativsystem Navision.
- Du kennst die medizinische Terminologie und kannst medizinische Angaben einordnen.
- Du verstehst klinische Abläufe und deren administrative Zusammenhänge.
Responsabilità principali
- Du koordinierst Berichtanfragen der Kostenträger zu stationären Rechnungen.
- Du erfasst Anfragen und Rechnungsbeanstandungen im Administrativsystem Navision.
- Du stellst die angeforderten Berichte und Dokumente elektronisch zu.
- Du prüfst eingehende Rechnungsbeanstandungen und leitest sie an die zuständigen Stellen weiter.
- Du klärst einzelne Fälle bei Bedarf telefonisch mit den Kostenträgern.
- Du stellst einen vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Informationsfluss zu den jeweiligen Fällen sicher.
Requisiti principali
- Du kennst die medizinische Terminologie und kannst medizinische Angaben einordnen.
- Du verstehst klinische Abläufe und deren administrative Zusammenhänge.
- Du arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Du bist IT-affin und arbeitest dich rasch in neue Systeme ein.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren Anfragen den Überblick.
